This update landed in Fedora 34, but it's causing issues:

Dependencies resolved.

 Problem: package python3-google-api-core-1.31.1-1.fc34.noarch requires (python3.9dist(google-auth) < 2~~dev0 with python3.9dist(google-auth) >= 1.25), but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both python3-google-auth-1:2.5.0-1.fc34.noarch and python3-google-auth-1:1.34.0-1.fc34.noarch
  - cannot install both python3-google-auth-1:2.5.0-1.fc34.noarch and python3-google-auth-1:1.27.0-1.fc34.noarch
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-google-auth-1:1.34.0-1.fc34.noarch
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-google-api-core-1.31.1-1.fc34.noarch
