Description of problem:
[4.5.0-3] Add PPC host failed in "Configure OVN for oVirt" task  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.5.0-582.gd548206.185.el8ev.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the engine.
2. Add DC and Cluster.
3. Add PPC8 or PPC9 host to the engine.

Actual results:
The Host installation failed. Task Configure OVN for oVirt failed to execute. 

Expected results:
The host should be added to the engine's hosts.

Additional info:
attached is the host deploy log and journal log files

after I talked with amusil he said there is a missing python3-netaddr package

I tried the fixed package by the following steps:
1. The package ovirt-provider-ovn-driver installed manually on the PPC8 and PPC9 hosts
2. The failed hosts removed from the engine
3. Both PPCs hosts were added successfully!!

Verified on - ovirt-provider-ovn-1.2.36-1.el8ev.noarch and ovirt-provider-ovn-driver-1.2.36-1.el8ev.noarch on both ppc8 and ppc9 hosts

with:
vdsm-4.50.0.10-1.el8ev.ppc64le

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.0 release, published on April 20th 2022.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
