Description Quique Llorente 2022-02-01 15:43:53 UTC

The nmstate-operator deployment contain a label to identify it as part of the kubernetes-nmstate application [1], but this label disappear at the openshift operator version.

[1] https://github.com/nmstate/kubernetes-nmstate/blob/main/deploy/operator/operator.yaml#L8

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openshift-kubernetes-nmstate
2. Check nmstate-operator deployment labels
3.

Actual results:
The "app" label is missing.

Expected results:
The labels from the github manifests should be on the openshift operator too.

Additional info:
That label is used by CNV cluster-network-addons-operator to detect if the operator has being installed.
