Description of problem:
We have support for delayed replication for journal based mirroring
This RFE is for tracking similar feature in snapshot based mirroring

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHCS 5.1 latest

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure rbd-mirroring between two clusters 
2. enable snapshot based mirroring
3. Try to set delay in replying (conf_rbd_mirroring_replay_delay for journal based mirroring)

Actual results:
delayed replying is not supported in snapshot based mirroring

Expected results:
Would be nice if we can support delayed replying

Additional info:
>> rbd mirror snapshot schedule add 
can be used to delay some of the modifications but it is not a 100% match of the feature available with journal based mirroring
