The fix has been merged upstream and it's part of the openstack-tempest-30.1.0-0.20220418200411.44dac69.el9osttrunk package. I confirm that the Fixed in version package contains the fix for this failure and that the package is available in the given puddle. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
