Description of problem:

The `tempest init <workspace>` command shows UserWarning below.

The fix has been merged upstream and it's part of the openstack-tempest-30.1.0-0.20220418200411.44dac69.el9osttrunk package.

I confirm that the Fixed in version package contains the fix for this failure and that the package is available in the given puddle.
