periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.6-e2e-aws-workers-rhel7 is failing frequently in CI, see:

Seems like the problem is inaccessible RHEL7 repo:

If you feel like this job is not providing any value (given it's permanently failing it might be the case), you may also consider disabling it altogether.

The fix for this landed a few weeks ago. From viewing the test grid the latest run ran successfully.
