The ability to specify an alternate image was already in crane-lib. This PR will add the options to the CLI to specify an alternate image for either or both the source and destination cluster. This will probably be important regardless of defaults when it comes to restricted network clusters that need to pull from an internal registry.

The crane command still doesn't expose the options to specify an alternative image
