Description of problem:

Navigation bar with launcher (to OCP), link to search, current user, etc. no longer showing in ACM 2.5


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ACM Final Sprint1 build:2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-02-03-02-39-53

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to ACM
2. Observe navigation bar is missing

Actual results:
missing navigation bar

Expected results:
links to search, ocp, terminal, and current user shows on UI

This has now been completed in work on https://github.com/stolostron/backlog/issues/19223

The search icon is no longer in the header as Search is now available only in the left navigation area on ACM 2.5 to align with its location in OCP 4.10.

@dtthuynh You should be able to verify this now in recent ACM 2.5 builds.  Let me know if there is anything else needed to close out this issue.
