Description of problem:

When using kde/plasma with touch screen the maliit keyboard doesnt launch when attempting to select an input field . Problem reporter seems to be indicating its crashing. I did a clean install of kde spin and the older packages seem to still work. I suspect it's tied to qt5-qtwayland. I tried testing in hopes the more recent updates would fix the issue but it persists. 

Steps to reproduce:

Touch any input when using wayland and keyboard will not appear.

Im on the testing repo and the latest version of maliit along with some dependencies came in and so it seems to be working again so far.
