Description dhuynh 2022-02-07 04:59:16 UTC
Description of problem:
Proxy should be capitalized in the "Proxy" setting for any Add Credential. Currently shows "proxy" as heading for every provider type.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ACM Final Sprint1:2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-02-03-02-39-53

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new credential in ACM
2. Select any provider type
3. Go to Proxy section

Actual results:
"proxy" vs "Proxy"
