'Tech-preview' label that should be removed

Description of problem:

'Tech-preview'  label should be removed for Web Terminal 1.5 GA release that is going to be aligned with the first 4.10 z-stream releas.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10


How reproducible / Steps to Reproduce:

Start Web Terminal


Actual results:

'Tech-preview' label is displayed on UI


Expected results:

'Tech-preview' label should not be displayed on UI
