Description of problem: Upgrading from 4.8.27 to 4.8.28 the web console doesn’t show the ‘Worker Nodes’ progress Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.8.27 Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.8.28 How reproducible: Upgrade from 4.8.27 to 4.8.28 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install a 4.8.27 version $ openshift-install version openshift-install 4.8.27 built from commit aaa978bb5d76472df23f6e90293e68aaa43a8457 release image quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release@sha256:36061ae9ccad77bbae491de8bf50be45eeb3409c5d596f63c445e72db43a872d $ openshift-install create cluster 2. Upgrade to 4.8.28 version VERSION IMAGE 4.8.28 quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release@sha256:ba1299680b542e46744307afc7effc15957a20592d88de4651610b52ed8be9a8 $ oc adm upgrade --to=4.8.28 3.
