Actual results: I am not aware of any actual behavior associated with the bug. The bug creates a data race that /may/ lead to bad behavior and it is incorrect. But I have no way to reproduce or test it.


Expected results: N/A


Additional info: This bug was created to track the change, as it needs to go out in any releases, including z-stream releases, we put out from this point.
