Please branch and build stoken in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain stoken in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package. (FES: tdawson)
Please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/stoken/adduser

I have tested and the rawhide package builds in EPEL9 without any changes.

Hi Troy, I've added you as an admin to the package.
Feel free to touch all branches, at the moment I have no use for the library as I don't work anymore for a company that uses RSA tokens.
