Description of problem:
Today RHEL 7 is starred by default.
But because there is no boot source available, and because we have boto sources for RHEL 8 and RHEL 9, we should unstar RHEL 7 by default in order to position RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 more prominently

RHEL 7 is starred by default

RHEL 7 is not starred by default, but in the list
