Description of problem:

"foreman-maintain health check --label check-hotfix-installed" does not display the modified files in command stdout.

Satellite 7.0 RHEL 8.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a fresh Satellite on RHEL 8.5
2. Edit the file "/usr/share/gems/gems/fog-vsphere-3.5.0/lib/fog/vsphere/requests/compute/list_clusters.rb"
3. run "foreman-maintain health check --label check-hotfix-installed"

Actual results:
The modified file is not displayed in the command stdout

Expected results:
The modified file should be displayed in the command stdout

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/34435 has been resolved.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.11.0

Steps followed: 
1. Have a fresh Satellite on RHEL 8.5
2. Edit the file "/usr/share/gems/gems/fog-vsphere-3.5.0/lib/fog/vsphere/requests/compute/list_clusters.rb"
3. run "foreman-maintain health check --label check-hotfix-installed"


Observation: 
The modified file is displayed in the command stdout as expected
