double edit action

Description of problem:
In topology, when virtualization operator is installed and hyperconverged instance is created, the first action on a workload is duplicated (both in context menu and the actions dropdown).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.10

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install virtualization operator
2. Create HyperConverged instance and wait for it to load
3. Create a workload
4. Go to Topology
5. Select a workload
6. Open the actions dropdown

Actual results:
The first action is duplicated

Expected results:
There should be no duplicate action

'modify-application' is duplicated, see getModifyApplicationAction

I saw also a crash when selecting the option.
