The subid field will only be pulled in if you set the libsubid buildtag.

This should only be set in RHEL8.6 and later OS.

@jnovy If you update the `rhaos-4.11-rhel-8` tag to use `podman-3.4.2` as we discussed, I think this problem should get resolved.
