I can't seem to use clusterbot to rebuild openshift-ansible-4.9.0*.assembly.stream.el7.noarch.rpm to test this, so I have to wait until merge.

'jq' Present in openshift-ansible-4.9.0-202203030118.p0.gc14d243.assembly.stream.el7.noarch.rpm
