Description of problem:
On a default Sat7.0 snap 9 installation, an execution of planned InsightsScheduledSync task fails with backtrace:

undefined local variable or method `logger' for #<InsightsCloud::Async::InsightsScheduledSync:0x000056216b6a1278> (NameError)
/usr/share/gems/gems/foreman_rh_cloud-5.0.31/lib/insights_cloud/async/insights_scheduled_sync.rb:8:in `plan'
/usr/share/gems/gems/dynflow-1.6.1/lib/dynflow/action.rb:525:in `block (3 levels) in execute_plan'

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Sat7.0 and wait for the first UTC midnight
2. Check status of executed InsightsScheduledSync task(s)


Actual results:
stopped/error task with above backtrace


Expected results:
successful (dummy) run for the default allow_auto_insights_sync = false setting
