python-pygit2 needs 1.4.0 libgit2. 

Seems it was built, but then reverted... 

@igor.raits whats the scoop here?

I've rebuilt libgit2-1.4.3 and its dependents in COPR, patching or updating the latter as needed, see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Nphilipp/libgit2-1.4#COPR_builds

Igor, any reason not to build this in Rawhide?
