In 4.10, the DPU network operator is a dev-preview project. It should not be blocked by the code freeze. This BZ is a placeholder to accommodate the openshift CI workflow.

DPU is Dev preview in 4.10. so Move this bug to verified in order to this will not block 4.10 version
