Description of problem:
By deploying template to custom namespace, the auto-update boot source is not available for these templates in custom namespace.

4.10-rc2

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy templates to custom ns
2. delete templates from openshift ns
3. ensure auto-update boot source feature is enabled

Actual results:
auto-update boot source is not available for these templates in custom namespace.

Close the bug as we moved to new UI and this is not a must.
