Description of problem:
Add RHEL-8 EUS repositories under recommended repositories 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 7.0 Beta

On the Satellite WebUI >> Navigate to Content >> Repositories >> Toggle "Recommended Repositories". The below repositories should be displayed under recommended repositories.

1) Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - BaseOS - Extended Update Support (RPMs)

2) Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 for x86_64 - AppStream - Extended Update Support (RPMs)

Verified in 6.11 snap 18.5 on RHEL 7

RHEL 8 EUS repositories are under Recommended Repositories.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload manifest
2. Go to RH Repos
3. Toggle Recommended Repositories

Expected Result:
RHEL 8 Appstream and BaseOS EUS repositories are listed there with a star next to them.

RHEL 8 Appstream and BaseOS EUS repositories are listed there with a star next to them.
