Description of problem:
[RFE] Add Content Views button should highlight in Composite Content view

Satellite 7.0

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Satellite Web UI -> Content -> Content View 
2. Select any Composite CV -> Go to "Content Views" tab
3. Select any Content Views or all

Actual results:
"Add content views" button highlight in White background

Expected results:
"Add content views" button should highlight in Blue background
