Description of problem: Support automatic redirecting of Migration Toolkit for Virtualization documentation docs URL to a URL which includes the en-us locale, the same as done for RHV documents: bug 1994252, bug 2043210. This is required for adding this as an entry to the RHV welcome page. I.e. entering: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/migration_toolkit_for_virtualization will auto redirect to: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/migration_toolkit_for_virtualization
Closing because a redirect requires a CCSOPS ticket. I will create it.
CCSOPS says that no redirect is required because MTV does not have multiple language versions. You can use the full URL.
