+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #165057 +++ This is based on osa-dispatcher-0.6-51.rhel4 osad-0.6-51.rhel4 osa-dispatcher contains /etc/init.d/osad. If you have osa-dispatcher installed, but not osad, running 'service osad start' does nothing. In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=165057#c1, John says "Fixed in CVS." but I was not able to find this bug number neither in CVS, nor in SVN logs. The bugzilla is here for 372 QA.
