VM overview

Description of problem: When default VM is created with YAML, old Fedora version is displayed

4.10

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create default VM with YAML
2. Open VM Overview 

Actual results:
Operating system is Fedora 31 

Expected results:
Operating system should be updated to latest version of Fedora

The default YAML is using RHEL8 since 4.9, not sure why it's using Fedora again, it must be a regression.

Kobi, do you know it's using Fedora again?
