While installing on a ThinkPad A21e on the 7-10th Gig of my drive I received the below anaconda dump (two attempts) while / partition was 
being formatted. The second time, I included "check for bad blocks" with the same eventual result.
I was using 128 MB swap with the remainder (2600 MB the first time, and 2400 the second) as a / partition.
The Thinkpad is brand new with the forst 7 GB reserved for Win98. I was installing "everything" on the free space formatted for ext2fs.
I also set up my FAT32 partitions to be mounted as /mnt/c, /mnt/d, /mnt/e using Disk Druid.
