Comment 1 Garry T. Williams 2022-02-28 13:14:09 UTC
I am not a packager, but thought you would like to see this:

rpmlint skanpage-1.0-1.fc35.src.rpm
skanpage.src: W: invalid-license CC0-1.0
skanpage.src: E: description-line-too-long Skanpage is a simple scanning application designed for multi-page scanning and saving of documents and images.

> License: GPLv3 and GPLv2 and CC0-1.0 and BSD
This should be accompanied by a comment explaining which parts are
subject to which licences.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:LicensingGuidelines?rd=Packaging/LicensingGuidelines#Multiple_Licensing_Scenarios

Comment 2 Onuralp Sezer 2022-03-13 00:02:06 UTC
License break down added. And description part handled.

Comment 3 Garry T. Williams 2022-03-13 02:15:02 UTC
I have a sponsor, so I am taking this review. :-)

If you update the spec and srpm references, I'll start.

Comment 4 Garry T. Williams 2022-03-13 04:18:18 UTC
Oh, I see it's updated...

The spec file is not matching the SRPM specfile. (rpmlint fails on
both the RPM and the SRPM because of this.) The warning, "W:
invalid-license CC0-1.0" seems to want "CC0" instead. But perhaps
your designation is more accurate anyway. There are also minor
differences in org.kde.skanpage.appdata.xml between upstream and the
SRPM.

I believe these are minor, so as long as the SRPM is updated to the
current spec file, PACKAGE APPROVED.

Output of rpmlint manually run after fedora-review:
