Description of problem:
In case a VM was imported from an export domain on RHV side and the RHV provider already exists in MTV - the created VM is not displayed in 'Select VMs' list in 'Create Plan' wizard

Workaround: recreate the RHV provider OR clone the VM on the RHV side

Export domains are deprecated in RHV but I suspect this could be an issue with every imported VM
