Per BZ1894668, replace "Migrating or retyping a volume between sites" with "In a DCN deployment, offline volume migration is supported between an edge site and the central site. Volumes may be migrated from an edge site to the central site, and vice versa. However, offline volume migration directly between two edge sites is not supported."
