Please branch and build mosh in epel9. If you do not wish to maintain mosh in epel9, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mosh/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

Sorry, there was some sort of mishap and my update did not get correctly submitted to bugzilla. Mosh 1.4 release is imminent (I'm also upstream) and it fixes issue with FTBFS against OpenSSL 3.x. The branch will occur after 1.4 is released (at least in release candidate form)
