Description of problem: Policy UI crashes when viewing details of configuration policies for backupschedule that does not exist

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ACM and have RH OADP DPA + valid backup storage created
2. Do not create ACM backup schedule
3. Go to UI > Governance > Policies > backup-restore-enabled, open 'Results' tab, click 'View details' link associated with the template 'acm-backup-phase-validation'

Actual results:
Template details and related resources get displayed

Expected results:
UI crashes
