Doc Text:	.Hotkeys in Motif applications activate the correct item Previously, menu hotkeys activated the wrong menu item in applications using the Motif toolkit. When a submenu was open and you pressed a hotkey associated with its item, the application activated an item in the parent menu instead. Description of problem:
Fixes for Motif regarding hotkeys for submenu's not present in RHEL 8. Commit 88bdce139baf89839b6e13d698576fc56211e845 of upstream was backported in RHEL 7 starting with RHEL 7.4. These fixes was not observed in RHEL 8, however.

How reproducible:
As upstream fix is not present, submenu hotkey issues are consistently reproducible.
