These commands make no sense. The syntax is wrong. Probably missed some new lines.

Also, It is not clear to me which is the "signing_cert". AFAIK, when you generate your own CA, you get a certificate and a key. You use those to sing your self-singed certs, right?

Could the "sining_cert.pem" be the key?
