Description of problem:

When the Insights operator is not able to fetch the images (within provided time for example) from a cluster then the workload data looks like:

"{"pods":81,"imageCount":0,"images":null,"namespaces":..."

Having ""images":null" is not necessary since there's already imageCount 0.

Verified on 4.11.0-0.ci-2022-03-08-235257.
Insights Operator works as expected.
