Description Mohamed Akram 2022-03-07 15:41:58 UTC
Description of problem:

This package is required by podman-compose.

Comment 1 Miro Hrončok 2022-03-07 18:14:19 UTC
I am not interested in maintaining this package in EPEL 9.

Comment 2 Mohamed Akram 2022-03-22 14:07:46 UTC
@ksurma Are you able to do this? There is a spec file here - https://git.centos.org/rpms/python-dotenv/blob/c9s-sig-cloud-openstack-xena/f/SPECS/python-dotenv.spec - without the ipython dependency (which currently requires too many missing packages).

Comment 3 Karolina Surma 2022-03-22 15:53:20 UTC
I'm sorry, I'm also not interested in maintaining this package in EPEL 9.

Comment 4 Major Hayden 🤠 2022-04-27 19:21:10 UTC
Miro - I'd be glad to maintain this one in EPEL 9 since dotenv is getting plenty of use by Microsoft folks in the azure-cli and python SDKs. It would help me get BZ 2077853 done. 😉

Comment 5 Miro Hrončok 2022-04-27 19:24:30 UTC
Go ahead, you should have the rights now.

If you need to push something to rawhide, I would prefer (somebody) to review it in a pull request first thou.
