networksection in create cluster page

Description of problem:

In create the openshift cluster on openstack, when go to networking page. the network section shows the brace in the title. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ACM 2.5

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the openshift cluster on openstack
2. Go to Networking page. check the network section

Actual results:
the network title shows like Network {{0}}

Expected results:
prefer to use Network here
