Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). Description of problem:
Ohai,

pmoravec++ has a nice old and upgraded setup, where he spotted a few old rubygems that are installed and thus prevent the upgrade from RHEL7 to RHEL8 to happen properly.

The initial culprit was rubygem-thor, but looking at the system there are more packages that can be removed:

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.11.0 Snap 19

Steps followed: 
1. Get a 6.7 Satellite 
2. Upgrade Satellite 6.7 till 6.11
3. Upgrade Satellite 6.11 RHEL 7 to Satellite 6.11 RHEL 8

Observation: 
Upgrade from el7 to el8 is successful without any error and the above mentioned packages are removed.
