According to them it should be resolved now that https://github.com/open-cluster-management-io/multicloud-operators-subscription/pull/117 is merged. I have tested on `2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-2022-03-14-13-03-46` and not encountered the appsub delete. Please verify if this issue is resolved.
