Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Verify bug on kernel-4.18.0-378.el8.x86_64 & qemu-kvm-6.2.0-9.module+el8.7.0+14737+6552dcb8.x86_64

Test env:
src host: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4110 CPU @ 2.10GHz
dst host: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1240 v5 @ 3.50GHz
guest: kernel-4.18.0-378.el8.x86_64 


Test scenarios:
1.Run RHEL7-96931 & RHEL7-10039 for 2 times to check pci info on source (after hotplugging) and destination host (after migration), they all work well, no difference about pci info.

Mark this bug verified per above test results and remove 'SanityOnly' from Verified field as we have stable steps to reproduce.
