This is a security update (CVE-2022-24302) so I've pushed it to all current Fedora releases. Paramiko is not yet available in EPEL-9 (Bug #2040427). I backported the fix and corresponding tests to version 2.4.3 in EPEL-8. Paramiko version 2.1.1 is in EL-7 but there is a tracking package in EPEL-7 to add Python 3 support. I will update EPEL-7 if/when the EL-7 package is updated.
