Checked on ocp 4.11 cluster with payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-04-08-205307. Steps to verify: 1. Navigate to User Preferences - Language. 2. "Use the default browser language setting." is checked by default, un-check this option, then change Language via 'Select a language' drop-down. Choose Chinese/Japanese/Korean for the first time, user need to wait about 50 seconds, the page context shows in selected language automatically without page refresh. 3. Choose Chinese/Japanese/Korean again, the page context will show in selected language immediately without page refresh. I think the fix is acceptable. So move the bug to Verified. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Page refresh is needed to fully change the UI into the selected language. Changed Language via 'Select a language' dorp-down. 3.
