Description of problem:
  Operators - OperatorHub - Provider: 'Show 113 more' is in English.

1. Navigate to Operators - OperatorHub - Provider
2. 'Show nnn more' is in English
3.

Actual results:
Content is in English

Expected results:
Content should be localized

Checked on ocp 4.11 cluster with payload 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-06-11-054027.
Go to operatorhub page, the "Show .. more" marked for i18n, but there is no related translation for Chinese/Japanese/Korean.
Refer to attachmens.

since the fix PR was merged on 4.12 moving target release to 4.12.0
