The EPEL9 package would really benefit from having the latest Rawhide changes merged into it: - “Stop disabling debug packages” https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/c/17a8bf379cdcee2dc4c601e8c4dc750afea40760?branch=rawhide - “Unbundle llhttp” https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/c/767ad756c67721c75a897ed319ca742ae26873d6?branch=rawhide - “Run the tests” https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/c/104027bdabac27c577f0d5bdb603bf1a66ab2d73?branch=rawhide - “Remove Cython files to regenerate them” https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/c/fc32dac685236a6737ebbccc9c35ad89c6906ab8?branch=rawhide I used a scratch build to verify that the current Rawhide package builds on EPEL9: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=84163509
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.

As suggested in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/pull-request/10#comment-118083, this may be better handled by updating to 3.8.3 with all of the accompanying changes from Rawhide, after https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-aiohttp/pull-request/11 is merged.
