Description of problem:
The API https://api.hub.tekton.dev/resources has got updated https://api.hub.tekton.dev/v1/resources. The API endpoint needs to be prefixed with v1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the pipeline builder page 
2. Click on Add task

Actual results:
Community tasks not shown

Expected results:
Community tasks should be shown
