Description of problem:
 - cephadm should add the necessary firewall ports during iscsi deployment 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 - RHCS 5

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHCS 5
2. Create new pool
3. Follow guidelines [1] for the iscsi deployment.

Actual results:
 The necessary ports 3260 and 5000 are not added into firewall rules.

Expected results:
 Cephadm should add the necessary ports/configure the firewall rules automatically.
