Description of problem:
file /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/99-fli.rules conflicts between attempted installs of indi-3rdparty-fli-1.9.4-3.fc37.x86_64 and indi-3rdparty-libfli-1.9.4-1.fc36.x86_64

As a result, Astronomy Lab builds are failing: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=84506164


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.9.4-3.fc37, also 1.9.4-2.fc36


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install indi-3rdparty-fli on Fedora Rawhide or 36

Actual results:
Installation fails due to file conflict


Expected results:
Package instals fine

Meanwhile I've excluded the file in indi-3rdparty-fli from being packaged. I will release the fix with the INDI stack update to 1.9.5
