1. non-admin user goes to "Installed operators" page
2. Click on any of the CRs in the "Provided APIs" column
3. Click "Create <cr kind>", set some values in operand form, didn't submit the form, then do nothing and wait, the operand form was not refreshed and the entered data doesn't lose

verified on 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-04-01-172551
